A specialist trade, planned for Newnan
Darrin Straub started Advanced Stucco Repair in 1999 with the view that a facade problem is almost always a water problem, and that it should be solved by people who understand the whole wall: the weather barrier, the flashing, the sheathing and the joints, not only the finish coat. More than twenty-five years later, every project still starts with finding where the water is going.
Our work today is commercial and multifamily: office and medical buildings, shopping centers, condominium associations, apartment communities, restaurants and new construction for general contractors. We do moisture surveys and water testing, sheathing and substrate repair, sealant and expansion joints, flashing, EIFS and Dryvit restoration, new hard coat and EIFS installations, and color and texture matching across full elevations.
Newnan sits well southwest of our Canton base, and we treat that as a planning question, not an obstacle. We schedule site walks ahead of time, put scopes in writing so boards and owners can decide without another visit, and set crew schedules with the property or the general contractor before mobilizing. That is how we keep projects in Newnan organized and predictable.
